   Enquiry

   Fill in the quote form with your postcode, the type of garage, how it's used now and what you'd like it to become. Photos help a lot, so add a few if you can.

   We read every enquiry ourselves and reply within one working day to arrange a survey.

2. 02

   Free survey and fixed quote

   We visit your property to measure up, check the floor, walls, roof, door and existing electrics, and look for any damp. We talk through how you train, what equipment you have and how you want the room to feel.

   We also check whether building regulations apply and whether planning is likely to be a factor. You then receive a written, fixed quote covering the whole project, with a clear list of what's included.

3. 03

   Build

   Once you accept the quote, we agree a start date. You clear the garage, and we take it from there: damp-proofing, insulation, boarding and plastering, electrics, ventilation, flooring and finishes, plus any door work.

   Where building control is involved, we arrange the inspections at the right stages. We keep you updated as the work progresses.

   Timescale

   Typically a few weeks, depending on size and scope

4. 04

   Handover

   When the work is complete we walk round the finished room with you, check everything is as agreed and hand over the electrical certificate and any building control paperwork.

   Then it's yours to fill with kit and start training.
