Specialist garage gym builders

We convert domestic garages into finished, fully insulated home gyms. That's all we do. We're based at Unit 6, AMR Buildings, Sacriston, Durham DH7 6JX, and work across North East England, including Durham, Chester-le-Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Sunderland, Washington, Consett, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Northumberland, Darlington, Teesside.

Why we only do gyms

A gym puts different demands on a room than a bedroom or an office. It needs a floor that takes dropped weights, enough height to press overhead, power where the cardio kit goes, and ventilation for hard sessions. By focusing on one type of project, our team plans every room around training from the first visit.

It also means we can give you one fixed price for the whole job, from insulation to the last mirror panel.

How we work

We design and build each project ourselves, handle building regulations where they apply, and keep you updated throughout. We are fully insured, and we reply to every enquiry within one working day.
